Dr. Samantha T. Johnson, Owner

Samantha has more than 15 years of experience in management and training. She has an extensive command in change management with a team-building philosophy and proven ability to lead change, develop training programs, and redesign business and operational practices.


She has a wealth of experience interacting effectively with senior management, external vendors, and addressing interpersonal conflict in the workplace, with families, and in relationships. She is a frequent speaker in groups and organizations that are interested in change and personal growth.


She is passionate about helping people and organizations become healthy, tap into their innate potential, and become “who they are meant to be!”

Gayle Jaynes, Director of Business Development

Gayle has more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing in training and education. She is experienced in data management and grant funding.


Her focus is on building marketing awareness and ensuring the company's capacity to deliver its products and services at the highest possible level. She also works with many business CEOs and HR directors in the area, helping them “become who they are meant to be!”

Michael McGill, Director of Training Solutions

Michael is a professional certified training and development leader, with extensive experience interfacing with all levels of an organization and over 15 years of experience.


He is skilled at creating, promoting, and delivering training solutions that are designed to support an organization’s business plan. He is passionate about creating an interactive and enjoyable training environment that supports learning at all levels.


His outstanding strengths include leadership, facilitation, and cross-functional team building. In his career, he has built a reputation for developing training strategies with a results-oriented focus that leads to trainees becoming
